Jody Schloss of Toronto, ON did a clean sweep of the Grade I division at the CPEDI 3* competition in Wellington, FL from March 10-13. Riding her own Lieutenant Lobin (Lobster x Fanal Prydsholm), an 18-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding, the pair recorded a 70.953% over United States’ Sydney Collier and All in One (67.976%) in the Grade I Team Test.
A day later, the duo finished with a score of 73.095% in the Grade I Individual Test over Collier and All in One (65.953%). On the final day, Schloss completed the sweep with a score of 73.023% in the Grade I Freestyle Test over Collier, who finished with 71.045%.
Naima Moreira Laliberté
Naima Moreira Laliberté and Inspire (Vitalis x Johnson TN), an eight-year-old Dutch Warmblood owned by KML S.à r.l. took home the victory in the CDI 1* PSG – Prix St-Georges on March 25 in Wellington, FL. The native of Outremont, QC, and Inspire clocked a score of 70.588% to capture the win over Sweden’s Christina Devine and Slaebaekgaard’s Santino, who finished with 69.235%.
Claire Robinson
Claire Robinson of Edmonton, AB, and Glamour Boy (Bojengel x Jazz), a 10-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding owned by Carol Robinson, captured the victory with a 66.795% in the CDI U25 Grand Prix Freestyle to Music on March 27 in Wellington, FL.
Dana Cooke
Dana Cooke, originally from Merritt, BC, and Mississippi (Cassini II x Legaat), a 12-year-old German-bred mare owned by the FE Mississippi Syndicate Inc. competed in the CCI 4*-S division to earn the win in Fairburn, GA from April 7-10. The duo opened with 29 penalty points in dressage, zero in the jumping phase to move to fourth and finished with a strong cross-country performance with four penalty points for a final score of 33 points, earning the victory over New Zealand’s Joe Meyer and Harbin, who finished with 33.3 penalty points.
Ava MacCoubrey
On March 20, Ava MacCoubrey of Cobourg, ON and Du Vin (Desperado x Don Romantic), a five-year-old Oldenburg gelding owned by Chloe Gasiorowski, earned the win in the CDIYH 5 Final – Test for 5-year-old horses, finishing with a 79.800% in Wellington, FL.
Camille Carier Bergeron

On March 18, Camille Carier Bergeron of Laval, QC and Sound of Silence 4 (San Amour I x Limes), a 14-year-old Westphalian gelding owned by Gilles Bergeron earned the first of two wins over the weekend of Week 10 of the Adequan Global Dressage Festival (AGDF) in Wellington, FL. The duo finished the Grand Prix 16-25 with a score of 69.641% over Benjamin Ebeling and Status Royal Old of the United States, who finished with 68.718%.
Two days later at the ADGF, the pair earned the victory with a 72.230% in the popular CDIO U25 Grand Prix Freestyle to Music over Ebeling and Status Royal Old (72.050%).
Roberta Sheffield
Roberta Sheffield, who is based in Lincolnshire, ENG, and her own Fairuza, a 13-year-old mare whose breeding derives from the Dutch-bred Gelderlander carriage horse, began their 2022 season with two victories in the CPEDI 3* Keysoe International held from March 14-16 in Keysoe, Bedford, ENG. On March 14, the duo earned a score of 71.941% in the team test to edge out Great Britain’s Emma Kent and Royalty (70.353%) in the Grade III test.
A day later, the pair earned another win with a score of 71.235% over Kent and Royalty (70.294%) to become victorious in the Grade III individual test.
Elanor Klawer
On April 8, Elanor Klawer of Langley, BC, and her own Dantesse (Don Crusador x Salvano), a 22-year-old Hanoverian mare scored 65.500% in the CDI 3* PSG – Prix St-Georges in Sacramento, Rancho Murieta CA. The duo outlasted United States’ Ari Lopez and Ravenna N who finished with a 65.176%.
A day later, Klawer and Dantesse continued their success in California finishing with a 66.824% over Lopez and Ravenna N (65.353%) in the CDI 3* Intermediate I.
Barbara Hester
On March 26, Barbara Hester, who resides in Banbury, UK, and her own Dewpoint Diamond (Je T’Aime Flamenco x Eagle Eyed), a 10-year-old Anglo European Studbook gelding, finished with a 57.25 to win the CSI 1* in Vejer de la Frontera, Spain. The duo earned the win over Great Britain’s Teigan McNamara and Boston III who finished with 59.87.
