Important Reminder: PTSO Renewals
Please note that before completing your EC renewal, you must first renew with your Provincial/Territorial Sport Organization (PTSO). In some cases, it may take a few business days for your PTSO to process the renewal before your EC renewal can be completed.

Before you renew, we would like to provide you with an update to ensure you are aware of important changes for 2020, as well as the exclusive EC services, products, benefits and discounts you have access to as a valued EC Sport Licence Holder.
2020 EC Schedule of Fees
Please be advised that the EC Board of Directors approved a motion on Nov. 1, 2019 to increase all EC fees by 2% for the 2020 season. Discipline fees and levies have not been changed. This motion was implemented based on an analysis of the Statistics Canada Consumer Price Index (CPI) average increase.

Important Info for Coaches
Please note that Coach Licences will be available for purchase in late January 2020. In the meantime, EC encourages all coaches to renew their EC Sport Licence. Coaches who are currently certified should also pay the Coach Levy as per usual to remain in the coaching system and maintain current NCCP Certification.
Once the Coach Licence opens for purchase, all coaches will have the option of upgrading their Sport Licence to a Coach Licence. Any fees previously paid for a 2020 Sport Licence (and Coach Levy when applicable) will be applied as a credit toward the purchase of the Coach Licence. The Coach Licence will be valid for a full year from the date that it is issued.
MyEC – Upgrades

- Applications for FEI Passports & Recognition Cards, EC National Passports and Horse Recordings have gone digital! Say goodbye to forms, and enjoy the convenience of applying through MyEC!
- Quick and easy online transfer of horse ownership.
- Intuitive notifications to see at a glance if you are ready to compete, or if action is required.
- FEI Registration for Horses and Riders is now integrated into MyEC, streamlining annual renewals for FEI competitors and owners.
