Kara Chad of Millarville, AB, earned multiple wins in Langley, BC, on August 12 and 16 in CSI3* competition. Riding Easy Boy D’Aubey Z (Emerald Van’t Ruytershof x Rubels), a nine-year-old Zangersheide gelding owned by Alexandre Zambaux, Chad jumped double clear and a time of 38.91. Four days later, Chad was one of 10 athlete and horse combinations to jump clear and finish with the fastest time of 62.89, over second place John Perez Bohm and Gigi-Carmen (63.71) from Colombia.
Hannah Gould
Hannah Gould of Calgary, AB, won back-to-back days in CSI2* competition at Spruce Meadows in Calgary, AB, from Sept. 7 – 8. Aboard her own Carousel’s J’Adore (Action-Breaker x Matterhorn), a nine-year-old Dutch warmblood mare, Gould jumped double clear and time of 44.65 in a jump-off. A day later, Gould again jumped double clear and finished with the fastest time of 46.03.
Frédérique Genest
Frédérique Genest of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC, earned victories in Bromont, QC, from Sept. 1 – 3 in CDICh-A. In the Children’s Preliminary Competition B, Genest and her own Flaminia (Malbrook Joey x Royal T), a seven-year-old Warmblood Cross mare danced their way to a score of 71.232%.
In the Children’s Team Competition and Children’s Individual Competition, the duo posted 72.075% and 73.111%.
Gloria Schriever
On Sept. 1 & 2, Gloria Schriever of Langley, BC, and her own Hilton (Totilas x Latino OC) earned wins CDI1* competition in Calgary, AB at the Anderson Ranch. In the Prix St-Georges, the 11-year-old Portuguese Sport Horse gelding and Schriever danced their way to a score of 69.441%. A day later, the duo score 70.824% in Intermediate I class.
Carla Diewert
On Sept. 6, Carla Diewert of Foothills, AB, took home the victory at Spruce Meadows in Calgary, AB, in the CSI2* one round against the clock. Aboard her own Cogito (Contender x Caretino), a 14-year-old Holsteiner gelding, Diewert finished with a time of 62.83 and zero faults.
Tanya Strasser-Shostak
Tanya Strasser-Shostak of Sainte-Adèle, QC, danced her way to multiple victories in Bromont, QC, in Sept. 1 and 3 in CDI3* competition. Riding Fidelis Tyme (Fit for Fun x Pentagon’s Peron), a 13-year-old Oldenburg gelding owned by Evi Strasser, the duo finished with scores of 67.304% in the Grand Prix and 70.755% in the Grand Prix Freestyle to Music.

Beatrice Boucher of Saint-Dominique, QC, had quite an impressive weekend from Sept. 1-3 in Bromont, QC, in CDI1* competition while riding Summerwood’s Limei (Londonderry x Weltmeyer), a 10-year-old Hanoverian mare owned by Monica von Glahn. The duo began the weekend with a score of 72.794% in Prix St-Georges, 72.059% in the Intermediate I class and concluded the weekend with 74.88% in the Intermediate I Freestyle to Music.
Stephanie Schacke
Stephanie Schacke of Prince George, BC, won the CDI3* Grand Prix Special on Sept. 2 in Calgary, AB. Aboard her own Footprint NR (Footloose x Triton), an 18-year-old Canadian warmblood gelding, Schacke danced her way to a score of 62.319%.
Cassidy Rein
Cassidy Rein originally from Toronto, ON, now living in Raleigh, NC, contested and won the CSI2* in Valkenswaard, Netherlands on August 19. Outlasting an opening field of 56 athlete and horse combinations, Rein and Escorial K (Chacco’s Son x Epsom Gesmeray), a 12-year-old Oldenburg mare owned by the Rein Family LLC, jumped clear and stopped the clock at 63.84.
Camille Carier Bergeron

In the Grand Prix Special on Sept. 2, Camille Carier Bergeron of Laval, QC, danced her way to a CDI3* win in Bromont, QC. Aboard Sound of Silence 4 (San Amour I x Limes), a 15-year-old Westphalian gelding owned by Gilles Bergeron, Carier Bergeron recorded a score of 68.128%.
Camille Duhaime
Camille Duhaime of St Denis de Brompton, QC, earned victories in CDIY classes in Bromont, QC, from Sept. 1 – 3. In the Young Riders Team Competition, riding her own Romero (Royal Blend x Noble Roi XX), a 16-year-old Hanoverian gelding, the duo scored 61.716%. A day later in the Young Riders Individual Competition scored 62.059% and concluded the weekend with 66.350% in the Young Riders Freestyle to Music.
Brooke Mancusi
Brooke Mancusi of Chambly, QC, had the top individual score in the CDI Intermediate II on Aug 9 in Traverse City, Mich., at the North American Youth Championships (NAYC), on her way to winning team gold. Aboard Arthur (Jazz x Contango), a 13-year-old Dutch warmblood gelding owned by Windhaven, the pair finished with a score of 67.853%.
On Sept. 1st and 2nd, Mancusi, again took home the winning ribbon in Bromont, QC, in the CDIU25 classes. In the Intermediate II class, Mancusi guided Arthur to 68.382% and next day, the pair posted a score of 65.684% in the Grand Prix 16-25.
Tiffany Foster

No. 29 FEI ranked show jumper Tiffany Foster of Langley, BC, earned victories in front of a hometown crowd at TBird show park in the CSI3* competition. On Aug. 11, Foster and Electrique (Emerald van’t Ruytershof x Voltaire), a nine-year-old Zangersheide mare owned by 5 Roosters, jumped double clear and finished with a time of 39.95. Two days later in the Grand Prix Table A, Foster and Electrique finished with a time of 40.56, while jumping double clear.
On Aug 19, Foster switched to Jetouelle-S (Chaman x Toulon), a nine-year-old Dutch warmblood mare owned by 5 Roosters, to compete in the CSI3* Winning Round, jumping double clear and a time of 51.23.
Claire Robinson
Claire Robinson of Edmonton, AB, on August 12 topped a field of eight athlete and horse combinations in the U25 Grand Prix Freestyle to Music in Traverse City, Mich. Riding Glamour Boy (Bojengel x Jazz), a 12-year-old Dutch warmblood gelding owned by Carol Robinson, the duo finished with a score of 71.090%.
On Sept 1 & 2, Robinson and Glamour Boy won the CDI U25 Intermediate II (65.853%) and Grand Prix 16-25 (65.590%) at Anderson Ranch in Calgary, AB.
Sean Jobin
On August 16, Sean Jobin of Toronto, ON, and Darius (Warrant x LBH Calvados), a 15-year-old Dutch warmblood gelding owned by Foxridge Farms Stables earned an impressive win in the CSI5* MLSJ Two Phases in Rockwood, ON. The pair was one of 19 athlete and horse combinations to jump double clear but recorded the fastest time of 28.40 over Ireland’s Conor Swail and Casturano (30.27).
Jessica Phoenix
In the CCI2*-S in Bromont, QC, on August 11, Jessica Phoenix of Cannington, ON earned a win while riding her own Tugce (Domherr x Chico’s Boy), an 11-year-old German Sport Horse. The pair recorded a dressage score of 29.9 and finished on that score ahead of the American Ariel Grald and Adagio’s Nobility (36.9), who finished in second place.
Jaclyn Duff

On August 18, Jaclyn Duff of Edmonton, AB, earned the victory in the CSI3* Table A in a field of 29 athlete and horse combinations in Langley, BC. Riding Eblesse (Otangelo x Martel), a 14-year-old Dutch warmblood gelding owned by Windermere Stables Ltd., Duff jumped double clear and finished with a time of 42.46 over Great Britain’s Charlie Jones and Capitale 6 (43.00).
Stephanie Valdes
Stephanie Valdes of Langley, BC, earned a hometown CSI3* victory at TBird Show Park on August 16. Riding Cyber Lady Z (Douglas x Skippy II), a 14-year-old Zangersheide mare owned by Wendy Valdes, the pair recorded no faults and finished with a time of 66.56.
Kelly Belanger
Kelly Belanger of Lasalle, ON, earned a victory in Bromont, QC, on August 11 in the CCI2*-S U25 division. Aboard her own Murphy’s Got Charm (Mobil x OneWay Love), a 12-year-old Thoroughbred gelding, the pair recorded a score of 41.1 in the dressage phase, 16 in cross country and finished with eight penalties in show jumping to finish with a score of 65.1.
Carol Robinson
At the Anderson Ranch in Calgary, AB, Carol Robinson travelled from her hometown of Edmonton, AB, to win the CDIAm Prix St-Georges with a score of 63.912% on Sept. 1, while riding her own Lightfoot (Johnson TN x Florestan I), a 12-year-old Dutch warmblood. A day later, the pair were back in the show ring and danced their way to a score of 66.120% in the Intermediate I Freestyle to Music.
Allison Mollerberg
In CSI1* competition, Allison Mollerberg, a Canadian who resides in London, England, earned the victory on August 13 in Deauville, France. Aboard Lumbumbo (Ludwig von Bayern x Lord Incipit), a 15-year-old Hanoverian gelding owned by Sharmini Christina Ratnasingham, Mollerberg finished clear and a time of 56.80.
Lindsay Seidel-Wassenaar
Lindsay Seidel-Wassenaar of Bluffton, AB, earned a CDI1* victory on Sept. 3, in Calgary, AB, at the Anderson Ranch. With her mount Gaga (Contango x Jazz), a 12-year-old Dutch warmblood mare, in the Intermediate I Freestyle to Music, the pair posted a score of 71.910% over fellow Canadian Gloria Schriever and Hilton (69.590%).
Halle Duke, Lily Elliot, Quintyn Baeumler and William Martin

On August 11, it was an exciting afternoon of jumping competition on that saw 10 Young Rider teams battle it out. After finishing the first round in seventh place, the Canadian team of Quintyn Baeumler (Campbellville, ON), Halle Duke (Spruce Grove, AB), Lily Elliot (Richmond, BC), and William Martin (Vineland, ON) dug deep and came back in the second with fault-free rounds from leading and anchor riders to end on the lowest score and secure the victory over the United States. Kelly Houtappels-Bruder
No. 1 FEI ranked Kelly Houtappels-Bruder, originally from Ariss, ON, earned the victory in the CAI3*-H1 three-day event in St. Margarethen, Austria on August 10. With her trusted partner Flip (Fidertanz x Carprilli), a 13-year-old Oldenburg gelding she co-owns with Frank Houtappels, the pair started strong with a score of 40.12 in the dressage phase. A day later, they added 79.18 to their total in the marathon. The Canadian pair would hold onto first place through the cones phase, finishing with a total score of 119.30.
Kathryn Robinson
Kathryn Robinson of Edmonton, AB, earned three wins at the Anderson Ranch in Calgary, AB, from Sept. 1 – 3. Aboard Forget-Me-Not (Valdez x Olympic Ferro), a 13-year-old Dutch warmblood mare owned by Carol Robinson, the pair scored 65.176% in the CDIY Young Riders Team Competition. The next two days, the duo won Young Riders Individual Competition (66.265%) and Young Riders Freestyle to Music (67.160%).
Katie Kraft
Katie Kraft won the CSI3* Table A on August 10 in Langley, BC. Aboard Goodwill VB (Orlando x Lys De Darmen), a 17-year-old Belgian warmblood gelding owned by Caledonia Stables, the pair would be the only ones to jump double clear and finished with the fastest time of 44.94.
