Nicole Walker of Aurora, ON, earned the winning ribbon in the CSI 2* in Wellington, FL, on April 2. Aboard her own Atout des Trambles (Nectar des Forets*HN x Apache D’Adriers), a 13-year-old Selle Francais gelding, the pair jumped double clear and stopped the clock at 45.32, ahead of USA’s Alexa Pessoa and Carlito’s Way 6, finished in second after jumping clear with a time of 46.31. 

Jim Ifko

Jim Ifko of Calgary, AB, took home the victory on March 10 in Thermal, CA, in the CSI 3*. Riding Un Diamant Des Forets (Diamant de Semilly x Papillon Rouge), a 15-year-old Selle Francais gelding owned by Eventyre Farms Ltd., the pair jumped clear and stopped the clock at 65.33 over Brazil’s Cassio Rivetti and Nadale van Dorperheide (0; 67.93).

Kara Chad

On March 12, Kara Chad of Millarville, AB, earned the win in the CSI 4* in Vejer de la Frontera, ESP. Riding Igor GPH (Harley x Crawford 5), a 10-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding owned by A.J. Postma, Chad guided Igor to jumping double clear and finishing with a time of 40.05 over Germany’s Kendra Claricia Brinkop and Ma Belle (0,0; 40.94).

Ten days later on March 22, Chad switched reins to Gability van de Eijkhof Z, sired by George Z and owned by S.A.R.L. Stone Ridge Farms, to earn the victory in the CSI YH1* in Vejer de la Frontera, ESP. The Canadian duo jumped clear and finished with a time of 29.99. 

Frédérique Genest

Frédérique Genest of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC, earned the win in the CDI Children Team Competition on March 25 in Wellington, FL riding her own Flaminia, a seven-year-old warmblood cross mare. Together, the Canadian pair finished with a score of 67.975%.

A day later, the duo finished with a score of 67.324% in the Children Individual Competition.  

Michelle Mills

Michelle Mills of Langley, BC, earned the win in the CDI 1* Intermediate I Freestyle to Music in Temecula, CA on March 12. Aboard her own Facendo (sired by Fidertanz 2), a 13-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding, the pair danced their way to a 72.075%.

Claire Robinson of Edmonton, AB earned back-to-back wins on March 10 and 11 in Temecula, CA in the CDI-U25. Riding Glamour Boy (Bojengel x Jazz), a 12-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding owned by Carol Robinson, the pair danced to a 66.667% over USA’s Mckenzie Milburn and Zero Branco (62.206%). A day later, Robinson took home the victory in the Grand Prix 16-25, finishing with a score of 67.094% over Milburn and Zero Branco (59.658%).   

Carol Robinson

On March 10, Carol Robinson of Edmonton, AB, earned a win in the CDI Am Prix St. Georges in Temecula, CA. Riding her own Lightfoot (Johnson TN x Florestan I), a 12-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding, Robinson took home the winning ribbon with a score of 64.412%.

A day later, Robinson earned the victory in the CDI Am Intermediate I, finishing with a score of 64.363%.
