We want to hear from you on how we can best achieve this goal. Please register for the opportunity to join an online forum facilitated by Grace McDonell, an Associate at Fasken law firm and LGBTQ2S+ advocate, to share your thoughts on the state of Canadian equestrian sport and what EC can do to improve in the aforementioned areas.

The feedback shared during these sessions will be used to guide EC’s analysis of how we can improve our organizational architecture, programs and services to provide a safe and welcoming sport environment for all. It is critical that this in-depth review is guided and informed by the lived experiences of Canadian equestrians and sport participants. These forums are a valuable step in the ongoing conversation with the community that EC is dedicated to continuing moving forward.

In order to facilitate constructive conversation, forums will be limited to 15 of people with a maximum of five forums schedule for 1.5 hours for this first step. Priority for participation will be given to people who identify as Black, Indigenous or People of Colour (BIPOC), LGBTQ2S+, those from the new Canadian and refugee communities, and those with physical or intellectual disabilities. Participants must be 2019 and/or 2020 EC Sport Licence Holders.

Participation in this feedback forum is free. Participants will receive a discount on their 2021 EC Sport Licence and an EC clothing pack while supplies last*.
