Step one is to make sure you have renewed with your Provincial/Territorial Sport Organization (PTSO). Please note in some cases, it may take a few business days to process.
Early Birds can win a Tokyo 2020 tee!
Any licences purchased by December 31, 2021 will be entered into a draw to win one of five t-shirts signed by the Tokyo 2020 Canadian Olympic Equestrian Team. Winners will be notified and sent their shirts in January 2022!
New this year…
Safe Sport Training
All competitive athletes, owners, and officials aged 18 or older are required to complete two free EC Safe Sport training sessions, EC Concussion Awareness and Fostering Healthy Equestrian Environments found in the ECampus within your MyEC account by March 31, 2022. Minors are not required to complete the training. Coaches have safe sport training as part of their status program certification.
Coach Status
Holding an EC registered or licensed Coach Status will be required for all coaches at EC sanctioned competitions in 2022. The Coach Status Program remains one of the top priorities to ensure the safety of equestrian sport with each status symbolizing that a coach has completed verified background screening and that their training and insurance are current.
A More Inclusive Sport
Voluntary demographic questions have been added to MyEC profiles. This information remains private to profiles and when reviewing the responses, only aggregate data will be tallied and reported.

Schedule of Fees
The EC Board of Directors approved a cost-of-living increase (Statistics Canada Consumer Price Index 2.8%) of 2022 fees. Discipline fees and levies have not changed.
