Administrative Not in Good Standing
As per the EC Rules, Section A: General Regulations, Sport Licence Holders are deemed not in good standing during a period in which they owe fees, dues or other obligations to EC, their Provincial/Territorial Sport Organization (PTSO) or to an EC sanctioned competition.
The following EC Sport Licence Holders are not in good standing until further notice:

As per the EC Rules, Section A: General Regulations, Sport Licence Holders can also be deemed not in good standing during a period in which they have been suspended by EC, a PTSO, the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) or the national federation of a foreign country that is a member of the FEI.

- Sanction: suspended from all EC activities for a period of thirty (30) days beginning July 7, 2025 until August 6, 2025, with a probationary period of one year from July 7, 2025. Ms. Keith must attend counselling sessions for three (3) months, and is prohibited from employing working students for a period one year from June 15, 2025. Ms. Keith is further prohibited from consuming alcohol in connection with EC events and / or while at Keepsake Farms for a period of one year

- Violation: Breach of sections 20 and 22 of the EC Code, and section 5.2 of the UCCMS.
- Sanction: 1 year suspension from participation, in any capacity, in any program, activity, event, or competition sponsored by, organized by, or under the auspices of Equestrian Canada. The Respondent’s licenses and EC designations are revoked during this suspension.
